About this notice
This notice covers the INHO website at inho.org, including its language versions. INHO works with children and young people in Haiti. For questions about this notice or your information, email [email protected]. Our registration identifiers are Canada 701825606 RR0001 and U.S. EIN 99-2122216.
Messages and inquiries
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, reason for contacting us and message. We use it to respond, consider offers of support, handle questions and review encouragement. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Please do not send payment-card information, medical records or other sensitive personal details.
Children and encouragement
Messages intended for children are received and reviewed by INHO staff. The contact form is for communication with our team; it does not offer direct or private contact with children. Please keep encouragement general and do not request a child’s private contact details.
Website hosting and form delivery
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the site. When the online contact form is enabled, Formspree processes submitted details and technical information for form delivery and spam protection, and forwards notifications to INHO’s designated inbox. Our email provider processes correspondence. These providers may process information outside your country. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Formspree’s privacy policy.
Optional advertising measurement
Google Ads measurement is off by default. If you choose “Allow ad measurement”, the Google tag can use advertising cookies and send information about your visit and donation-button clicks, including page addresses, browser or device information, IP addresses and ad-click identifiers. This helps us understand how people reach INHO through advertising. A donation-button click does not confirm that a donation was completed. We keep ad personalization and Google Analytics storage disabled in this website’s consent settings. We do not send contact-form names, email addresses or message text to our Google advertising tag. Your choices
Choose “Essential only” to keep optional Google measurement off. Your choice does not affect access to the website, contact form or donation links. We save your choice in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Withdrawing permission removes accessible Google advertising cookies set on our site and refreshes the page to stop the loaded Google tag. Save any unfinished message before changing an existing choice. Separate choices may be needed on another browser or device.
Donations and social links
Donation links and the QR code take you to PayPal, which processes payment information under its own privacy policy. INHO does not collect payment-card details through this website. Social links take you to Instagram, Facebook, Threads or X; we do not embed their feeds or tracking widgets here. Those services apply their own privacy policies when you visit them. See PayPal’s privacy statement.
Keeping and sharing information
We use inquiry information for the purposes described above and may share it with staff who handle the inquiry and providers that support these services. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the correspondence and relevant recordkeeping requirements; contact us about a particular record. The website form does not add contacts to advertising audiences.

You can ask about access to, correction of or deletion of information you have shared by emailing [email protected]. Available rights and exceptions depend on the laws that apply to you, and we may need to verify a request. If this notice changes, we will update the date shown on this page.
