INHO August Update

GoFundMe on Behalf of INHO in the US

A few years ago, I started a Young Adults Group at my Parish in Flatlands, Brooklyn, NY. One of our dedicated members decided to step up and support INHO by creating a GoFundMe page. This initiative aims to provide the children of Beth-Tikva with essential daily meals, education, and medical care. There are several ways you can contribute: donate directly to the GoFundMe page, share it on social media, or pass it along to friends.

Please remember that your donation, whether big or small, is tax-deductible within the US.

A New Adventure with Christ

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to the parishioners of St. Patrick’s Basilica for their warmth and kindness, making me feel at home for the past six years. The Holy Spirit, along with the members of this parish, has guided me in becoming the priest that Jesus calls me to be. For this, I owe them all a deep debt of gratitude.

In accordance with my Bishop's direction, the Archbishop of Montreal has assigned me to a new mission at Paroisse St. Théophile in Laval.

Throughout my life, I have lived in many places and countries, yet no matter where I am, the Church always feels like my true homeland.

Empowering the Next Generation Through Education and Coding

Education is the foundation of a thriving society. It unlocks opportunities, broadens perspectives, and equips individuals with the tools they need to succeed in an ever-evolving world. At INHO, we firmly believe that every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. This is why we are so committed to providing educational opportunities that empower young minds, particularly in the rapidly advancing field of technology.

One of the most impactful ways we are making a difference is by teaching teenagers how to code. Coding is not just a valuable skill; it’s a gateway to creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. When young people learn to code, they’re not just gaining the ability to create software; they’re learning to think critically, break down complex problems into manageable parts, and approach challenges with resilience and creativity.

Coding instills a mindset of continuous learning and adaptability, qualities that are essential in the 21st century. By equipping our youth with these skills, we’re not only preparing them for future job markets but also empowering them to become creators, innovators, and leaders in their communities.

At INHO, we’re proud to be part of this educational journey. We believe that by investing in education and technology, we are investing in a brighter, more inclusive future for all.

Lastly, I want to invite you to watch a touching video featuring the children at Beth-Tikva, highlighting the love of Zazou for his little brother Sebby.

Yours - Rev. Fr. Robert Pierre Louis
